our sponsors

The Innisfail Dancing Competition gives volunteers within the community a chance to work with the committee in creating an event which allows the youth of North Queensland to showcase their talents and capabilities on stage. The competition also seeks sponsorship from businesses, individuals, and organisations who also believe the youth of North Queensland should have the opportunity to develop their skills, self esteem and stage experience. This sponsorship does not go unrecognised by the community or the committee, sponsors are acknowledged in the local newspaper, the official program and also on the society’s website. Each year dance schools, teachers and parents play a vital role in preparing each and every competitor for the competition. Committee members liaise directly with sponsors, parents, teachers and competitors with the hope of each year providing a more beneficial competition than the last. The IDBDS is accountable for any sponsorship money received.
